Kathleen Cook, Bruce  McCue and Kaitlyn Attfield have over 50 years of experience as licensed real estate brokers.  Kathleen and Bruce have been residents of the Ritz-Carlton since 2002.

Kathleen E. Cook

Kathleen was born and raised in Boston.  She is a graduate of Stonehill College and the University College Dublin with a B.S. in Business and a minor in Irish studies.  She is a member of the Artists Association of Nantucket, and actively involved with the Ritz-Carlton Condominium Association.

She is also a longtime member of Hestia, a woman’s philanthropic organization based in Boston and other non-profit groups and foundations.

Bruce A. McCue

Bruce has served on the Ritz-Carlton Residential Association as a Trustee.  He has held the office of Vice President, Treasurer, and Clerk over the past several years.  Bruce is the graduate of Bridgewater State College with a B.S. in Biology.  He has served as President on the Board of Directors at the Lyric Stage Company of Boston and on the Board of Directors of the Artists’ Association of Nantucket.  He was previously recognized by the Cape Cod and the Islands Board of Realtors for Outstanding Cooperation and Support.Current memberships include: Great Boston Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, Listing Information Network (LINK), and Employee Relocation Council.

Kaitlyn M. Attfield

Kaitlyn graduated from Saint Anselm College with a B.A. in International Business and she was awarded membership in the National French Honor Society.  While attending Saint Anselm College, she also studied at the Universite Paris Sorbonne.  Kaitlyn joined Atlantic Associates Real Estate in 2006 as a licensed sales agent and she has participated in numerous sales and rentals of luxury properties.  She is currently a member of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Listing Information Network (LINK).
